There are two areas where CyAwareBB will assist organizations With meeting the requirements of the auditors.

Cyber Security Awareness & Prevention.
Users have been formally notified of an Acceptable Usage Policy.

Auditors are now asking for proof that employees are being trained and sensitized in Cyber Awareness and that users are aware of the purpose of being assigned a company device (Laptop/Desktop PC/Phone). Proof must be provided that these criteria are being met.

So What Does CyAwareBB provide in these areas?

As a NO Cost Addon CyAwareBB will schedule a follow-up discussion with either the organization’s management or its IT Team on any new threats or any associated risk being observed within the organization. This will be done at the end of a 3-month period after completion of the Training exercise.

The discussion can be done Face2Face or it can be done virtually, this is left to the discretion of the client.

Phishing Simulations.

Creation of a simulated Phishing email targeting your organizations users.
Analyze the results of the Simulated Phishing email.
CyAwareBB can provide you with a full list by user of the results indicating who failed or passed the test. It must be understood that this list is purely for the organization to understand its risk and assist with the design of training levels needed.

Online Test Modules.

Based on the results of the assessment, CyAwareBB will design the training to suit your needs. The recommended method is always to have users complete the online course with short quiz at the end of each module. Progress of each course can be suspended at any point and resumed later.

This online course can be completed in 20 minutes by proficient users and could take 45 minutes for those hearing and learning of Phishing for the first time.

Face2Face/Online Training via Presentation.

For organizations where there may be a limited supply of computer facilities, CyAwareBB can provide training via presentations. These presentations can be done Face2Face in a conference room setting or online and will not have the benefits of the online Quiz option.

Users Acceptable usage policy

Formulation or modification of this Policy.

CyAwareBB will review any existing Policy document and ensure that it meets current standards, clearly outlining the intent of the user being issued the device and that any critical rules associated with its computer systems are covered within the policy.

Where no document exist, CyAwareBB will create this document tailored to the facilities provided by the company or organization.

Circulation to, and acceptance by employees/users will be dictated by the company.
